Biographies

Hi Everyone!

Last week we read, Matthew Henson at the Top of the World.  The genre of this book was biography.  A biography is a story about some one's life.  Do you think that one day someone will write a biography about you?  If you were a writer (and you are!) who would you write a biography about?

This week we are going to read some short biography's and take a try at writing one, too!

Happy Writing!

  1. Hello Mrs. Murphy,

I am very impressed with the up-to-date technology at the school. Sophie loves to fiddle and do projects on the computer, so this makes her much more interested in learning. You are doing a wonderful job.
    Thank you,

  6. Mrs. Murphy,

Great to be here with my daughter showing me how she uses her computer. I know this is a great way to learn different stuff. My only concern is the exposure to the internet especially "searching". Hope you remind them all the time to be careful.
